What: Thrive Arts Festival
Where:Held in the courtyard next to the new Kaiser Women and Children's Center on Douglas Blvd in Roseville.
Details: The Thrive Arts Festival is sponsored by Kaiser Permanente and Roseville Arts/Blue Line Gallery. This will be an outdoor festival of arts that promotes healthy living for children and families. There will be a series of tented booths, each with different arts- related activities for children of all ages, with activities facilitated through interaction with health care professionals, artists and community volunteers, along with a variety of community entertainers such as the Northern California Children's Choir.

Where: American River Overlook Park, Pacific Ave., Auburn (behind the Gold Country fairgrounds)

Free city of auburn shuttle bus to china bar rapids and Placer County Water Agency's new pump station.
