Placer Nature Center provides a wide variety of environmental education programs for children and families. Our environmental science programs support child development through physical activities and crafts, from preschool children through high school. Adult programs, such as our 1st Friday lecture series, focus on ecology through sustainable living, conservation, and education about various ecosystems, the planet and the galaxy.
