Nature Cards

Images of wildlife, nature and Native American themes adorn beautiful greeting cards now being marketed by Placer Nature Center. Proceeds of sales of the cards benefit Placer Nature Center's environmental education programs. The cards are available at the center's Nature Shop or can be purchased in bulk to be used by organizations as a fundraiser.

These cards represent a wonderful fundraising opportunity for schools and service organizations. Organizations may purchase large numbers of the cards and resell them as a holiday fund raising tool for special projects or events. When purchased in case lots (70 sets of 12 cards each) the cards cost only 25¢ each, including envelope, available by the case for only $210 for 840 beautiful cards. Each card is a brilliant photograph of native and exotic wild life and nature scenes from around the world and includes the natural history of the image. The cards retail for $1.75-$3.00 each. Individuals will enjoy having the cards at hand when wishing to extend a greeting to friends, family and neighbors.

Placer Nature Center is a 501c3 organization providing science enrichment and environmental education programming to area school children. Located at the end of Christian Valley Road in Auburn, Placer Nature Center has served over 95,000 children since opening in 1991.
